USING THE GENTLEHEAT FEATURE
Using the GentleHeat feature
This heat setting provides continuous gentle heat and is ideal for:
●
delicate cooking tasks such as melting chocolate
●
keeping cooked food warm.
IMPORTANT!
If reheating cooked food from cold, always bring it to the boil on a higher setting
before changing to the GentleHeat setting. For food safety reasons, a cooking zone
set for GentleHeat will automatically turn off after two hours of continuous use.
1 Select a cooking zone.
2 Touch to activate GentleHeat.
The GentleHeat indicator will glow
and u. will show in the display of the
selected cooking zone.
