NOTE:
1. If the gap between the door edge and the
jamb is not enough to put down the mounting
plate of the security door lock, you need to use
the hammer side and chisel.
2. Always PRE-DRILL HOLES with electric drill to
prevent screws from damage before installing
the screws.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Test whether it fits well between the door
edge and the jamb When the door is closed
and the door lock is in a LOCKED position.
If they are not suitable, you need to use a
wooden chisel to make a groove in the door
frame to make the door to close normally.

Step 2: Choose the location for the security door
lock on the interior side of an inward swinging
door, make a mark with a pencil.

Step 3: Pre-drill hole before drilling the short screw
into the oblong hole with a power drill. Close the
door and the security door lock to assure proper
position.

Step 4: Pre-drill holes before drilling the screws
into other 3 holes with a power drill, then test for
proper operation.
We recommend using short screws first. Please
make sure your door frame is thick enough if you
want to use long screws.

FAQ:
Q: What if screws are broken during installation？
A: Please pre-drill holes and do not use excessive
speed during installation. And contact us, we
will send you some new screws for free.
Q: What to do if the rubber strip falls off?
A: The rubber strip is detachable. Install video:

Q: What if the surface of the lock is flawed, or the
lock is damaged after using it for several days?
A: Just contact us and we will re-send you a new
one.
