Brakes
Refer to Safety Precautions on page 45. Adjust the freeplay of the brake lever with the
front wheel pointed straight ahead.
Inspection
Check freeplay by pulling in slowly on the
front brake lever (1) until the brake starts to
engage.
Freeplay: 3/8 – 13/16 in (10 – 20 mm)
If necessary, adjust to the specified range.
