#1 Does this come with the battery pack bp100?

The Pulse Flex 2i comes with a plug in AC cord. A battery pack and wall mount bracket are available separately from Bluesound.

#2 What is the difference between flex 2 and flex 2i?

2i is a newer design, that now works with Apple AirPlay, according to the documentation. (I think the "i" is by analogy with iOS".)

#3 Can you control the volume of each individual speaker individually, or only the entire wirelessly chained system at once?

You can control the volume of each individual speaker manually, with the Bluesound Remote control or through the BLUOS app for the chained system or individual products.
