GE - General Electric AHC12AZ Questions and Answers

#1 The foam in the upper area where the air comes out isn't as mold resistant as supposed to be. I want to clean it, but don't know how to get the part off that controls where the air goes out. How do you get it off?

The foam piece by the vent is not designed to come off. Only the filter on the model can be taken out. We deeply apologize about the inconvenience this causes.

#2 Instructions say the first step is to push the WiFi button and the light will flash. I did that and the WiFi light stays solid

You must be quite frustrated. You may have to press and hold the "WiFi Connect" button until the LED light starts flashing.
