Pioneer TS-A692C Questions and Answers

#1 This is the manufacturer item number for component speakers. So are they component or coaxial?

Component. The tweeter is mounted separately from the woofer.

#2 Do the 6x9s come with a vanity cover?

Just the tweeter comes with a type of plastic cover. The woofers do not. There is mounting hardware and face plate for the woofers though.

#3 If i understand this right there are 2 tweeters an 2 subs .? What size are the tweeters

3/4” tweeters, the flush mount is 1”

#4 Can I run them without the tweeter?

Yes, in fact I left my factory tweeters in place because Toyota wires the woofer through the tweeter.

#5 How man speakers are there?

2 woofers and 2 tweeters

#6 Are these coaxial or component?

They are component speakers. I reported the incorrect information to amazon, so they can change it. Please do that also.

#7 Does this come with an attachment to mount the tweeter in the middle of the woofer?

No. These are labelled incorrectly. They are "component speakers" NOT Coaxial. There is no mounting the tweeter upon the center cone.
