2 Install the new seal by pressing it down section by section into
the seal rack. You can install the seal with either side facing up.
Before each use:
• Make sure that the seal is well seated in the seal rack. If necessary,
carefully shift the seal clockwise or counter-clockwise inside the seal
rack to improve sealing.
• Make sure that the anti-block shield is correctly mounted on the steam
release pipe.
• Do not use force when pulling the seal. Using force can cause
deformation and lead to a poor seal between the lid and the cooker
body.
• Do not use a seal with cracks, cuts, or other damage.
• Keep the seal clean to avoid odor. Wash the seal in warm soapy water
or in a dishwasher to remove odor. If washing does not get rid of the
odor, replace the seal.
