Using the Network Walkman connected to your computer
Problem Cause/Remedy
The computer does not
recognize your Network
Walkman.
The dedicated USB cable is disconnected.
tConnect the dedicated USB cable.
The driver file for the Network Walkman has not been
installed.
tInstall the SonicStage software for your Network
Walkman using the supplied CD-ROM.
Please wait for the authentication of the SonicStage
software.
Another application is running on the computer.
tWait for a while and reconnect the dedicated USB
cable. If the problem cannot be solved, disconnect
the dedicated USB cable, restart the computer, and
then reconnect the dedicated USB cable.
A USB hub is used.
tConnecting via a USB hub is not guaranteed.
Connect the dedicated USB cable directly to the
computer.
