#1 Where does the condensation go?
I would like to know if this model needs to be flushed to
make sure it doesnt blow mold or other airborne particles
into the air which might effect respirtory problems.

GE room air conditioners have a "slinger ring" around the rear
fan blade. This ring is designed to pick water up off the bottom
of the pan and sling it on to the condenser coils. This helps in
the cooling process and cuts down on the chance of the air
conditioner dripping.
