Can I use my Cooluli cooler/warmer in a 220V outlet?
No, you cannot plug your Cooluli into 220V outlet. Our units ONLY work on 110-120V, in
compliance with North American standards. If you live in a region where the power is
220-230V and you want to use our products, DO NOT USE A SIMPLE ADAPTER TO PLUG IT IN.
You may use a “Step Down Voltage Converter” which is rated to at least 1,000 watts.
PLEASE NOTE: Cooluli accepts no responsibility when using any voltage converters.
What type of USB power bank (portable charger) can I use with this model?
Only the Cooluli Classic 4L is capable of being powered with a (minimum) 2A power bank
and comes with an included USB cord for increased portability. When using USB power, this
unit operates in ECO mode. (NOTE: do not use a computer USB port as they don’t output 2A.)
What does “ECO mode” mean on my Classic-4L?
ECO mode is a low-power mode when the Cooluli unit uses less energy. ECO-mode only
applies to the Classic 4L when using a USB power bank.
If I plug my Cooluli into my car does the car engine need to be on for it to stay on? Will it
drain my battery?
For car or motor vehicle use, the engine MUST be turned on first before plugging in the unit.
This precaution prevents a power surge that can lead to the unit overheating and/or
becoming a potential fire risk. Refer to the “Getting Started” section in this User Manual. We
recommend unplugging your cooler/warmer unit when car engine is fully turned o; not
unplugging your unit when car engine is o can drain the cars battery.
Can I leave my Cooluli plugged in every day, 24 hours per day?
Yes, you can leave your Cooluli plugged into an AC outlet in your home or oce. We
recommend disconnecting your Cooluli from your car or truck when you turn o your vehicle.
How can I get a replacement cord?
Cooluli replacement cords are available on Amazon (and on our website in December 2018).
