Remove all various packaging, stickers or accessories from both the inside and outside of the
kettle (do not forget to remove the transparent protective film from the screen).
Adjust the length of the cord by winding it under the base. Wedge the cord into the notch. (fig. 1)
Before first use, rinse the kettle. Boil water at maximum capacity 2 or 3 times. Throw away the
water.
1. TO OPEN THE LID.
Press the opening button on the lid. It lifts automatically. (fig. 2 and 3)
To close, press the button down firmly on the lid (fig 6).
2. PLACE THE BASE ON A FLAT, STABLE, HEAT-RESISTANT SURFACE AWAY FROM WATER
SPLASHES AND ANY SOURCES OF HEAT.
Kettle is only to be used with the base provided.
3. FILL THE KETTLE WITH THE DESIRED AMOUNT OF WATER. (fig 4)
Never fill the kettle when it is on its base.
Do not fill it above the maximum level, or below the minimum level. If the kettle is too full, boiling
water may spill out (fig 5).
Do not use without water.
Check that the lid is closed properly before use.
4. POSITION THE KETTLE ON ITS BASE. PLUG IT INTO THE OUTLET.
5. TO START THE KETTLE
Press the on/off button on the handle (fig 7).
All the buttons’ LED rings will light up.
TO BOIL THE WATER
2 options:
If you would like to boil water, simply press the 100°C, the LED light on the side will turn on and
flash indicating the boiling process has started (fig 8).
If you would like to choose your own temperature (70°C/DELICATE 80°C/GREEN
- 85°C/MATCHA - 90°C/COFFEE - 95°C/HERBAL), press the button associated to your desired
temperature, the LED light on the side will turn on and flash to indicate the heating process
has started. (fig 9).
Once the temperature has been chosen, the heating cycle will begin automatically and will stop
once the selected temperature has been reached (accurate to+/-3°C).
To stop the cycle once it is under way, press ON/OFF button.
