#1 How do I connect my laptop to this to mirror my screen? I can get it to connect but it dose nothing, when I do the same with my phone it works

Look to the left of the the Philips logo on the qwerty pad there is a little square push that in it will release the back to put the batteries

#3 I want this product delivered to spain. which ac adapter is included at the package?

I recieved both Uk and Euro plugs with mine, you can also use an adapter to convert uk to euro.
