Bosch WAXH2E91NL Questions and Answers

#1 What should I consider when installing a washing machine myself?

If you want to install your washing machine yourself, you should take into account that washing machines are equipped with transport bolts. This protects the washing drum against damage during transport. It is important that you remove these transport bolts before use and that you place the device in a stable and level position. If you do not remove the transport bolts, you can damage your new device when it is put into use. We advise you to carefully read the instructions in the user manual for the correct installation of your washing machine.

#2 Do you still install and connect products in your home?

Yes, subject to the following measures, we will place your new large household appliance on the ground floor on the ground floor and connect it to the existing pipes.
• You must always keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from our deliverers.
• You must completely clear the way from your home to the workplace for our deliverers. Any doors must be open, so that handles do not have to be touched by our deliverers.
• You must ensure a neat/clean workplace for our deliverers.
• In case of Corona-related health problems, you must contact our logistics partner in time and immediately, so that your order can be rescheduled or cancelled.
During delivery, we may use the elevator in the building. We unpack the device, place it and take back the packaging material so that it can be recycled. Only free-standing appliances without a gas or perilex connection are connected to the existing standard sockets and pipes. The old comparable device will be taken back if it is clean, dry and ready for transport on the ground floor.
If your device has to be lifted up via a fixed staircase or if it has to be connected to a normal pull switch, choose our Service Plus installation. The Service Plus installation also covers connecting free-standing appliances with a gas or perilex connection, placing a connection set purchased from us between washing machines and dryers (if suitable for the relevant appliances) and installing extension hose sets. The connection set, the gas hose, the Perilex plug and/or the extension hose sets must already be present for this.
If you want to have your new built-in appliance professionally installed, choose Full Service installation. Read the conditions and exceptions carefully via the link below.

#3 When will I receive my invoice and warranty card?

You will receive the invoice digitally by e-mail. The invoice is also your warranty card, so keep it safe. The e-mail with the invoice may end up in the spam box or in the junk e-mail. Therefore always check these mailboxes. When ordering accessories, cleaning agents and parts, you will receive the invoice upon delivery of your order.
