Table - Cooking
Select the right saucepan size for each burner. The
diameter of the saucepan or pan base should be the
same as that of the burner.
Cooking times may vary depending on the type of food,
its weight and quality. Because of possible variations, it
is best to judge the optimal cooking time yourself.
Use as little water as possible when cooking, so that the
food retains its vitamins and minerals. Select short
cooking times so that the vegetables remain firm and
full of nutrients.
