Instructions
Before use, please clean your canister inside
with a damp paper towel - taking care not to get
any moisture into the co2 valve (the white disk
in the centre of the lid). Dry thoroughly before
storing coffee as any moisture in the canister
will damage flavor.
The tracking disks on the lid of the canister
can be set to remind you of the expiry date of
your coffee pack. The outer disk can be set
on the day of expiration, the inner disk can be
used for the month.
Store your Coffee Gator Canister in a cool, dry
place.
DO NOT store in refrigerator or freezer.
The canister is NOT suitable for dishwashers.

Replacement valves
The valve in the lid of the canister may
become slightly discoloured after 12 months
or so. For that reason we have included 4
replacements.
To change the current valve please open your
canister lid and press hard where you see the
valve. (It’s the white papery disk in the middle).
The whole inner disk of the canister should
pop out allowing you to take out the old valve.
After you’ve put a new valve in, put the inner
disk back and push it down so it clicks into
place.
