Automatically connecting ap-
pliance to WLAN home net-
work (Wi-Fi)
If your router has a WPS function,
you can connect the appliance to
your WLAN home network (Wi-
Fi)automatically.
Requirements
¡ Wi-Fi on the router is activated.
¡ The appliance receives signals
from the WLAN home network (Wi-
Fi) at its installation location.
¡ HomeConnect app is installed on
your mobile device.
1. Press on the appliance.
2. Follow the instructions on the dis-
play until the display shows "Press
WPS button on the router ".
a The appliance is ready for auto-
matic connection to the WLAN
home network (Wi-Fi) for
2minutes.
3. Activate the WPS function on the
router during this period.
a If the appliance is connected to the
WLAN home network (Wi-Fi), the
display shows "Network login Suc-
cessful" and "Connect to App".
a If the appliance is not connected
to the WLAN home network (Wi-Fi),
the display shows "Network login
Failed".
4. If the display shows "Network login
Failed", repeat the process.
5. Press to connect the appliance
to the app.
6. Follow the instructions in the app.
a If the appliance is connected to the
app, the display shows "Network
login Successful".
a If the appliance is not connected
to the app, the display shows "Net-
work login Failed".
7. If the appliance is not connected
to the app, check that the mobile
device is in the WLAN home net-
work (Wi-Fi) and repeat the pro-
cess.
8. To exit login, press .
Connecting appliance to
WLAN home network (Wi-Fi)
manually
If your router does not have a WPS
function, you can connect the appli-
ance to your WLAN home network
(Wi-Fi) manually.
Requirements
¡ Wi-Fi on the router is activated.
¡ The basic setting "Wi-Fi"
→Page45 is activated on the ap-
pliance.
¡ The appliance receives signals
from the WLAN home network (Wi-
Fi) at its installation location.
¡ HomeConnect app is installed on
your mobile device.
1. Start HomeConnect app and fol-
low the instructions.
2. Press on the appliance for ap-
prox. 3seconds as soon as the
app tells you to.
3. Press repeatedly until the display
shows "Network login".
4. Press to start manual network
login.
a The appliance briefly sets up its
own WLAN network.
a The display shows "Network login
Manual" and "SSiD: HomeCon-
nect", "Key: HomeConnect".
5. Confirm in the app and follow the
instructions in the app.
a It can take up to 1minute to estab-
lish the connection.
