Preset parameters: Proving
1. Press and turn the function knob to select
the proving function.
2. Press the function knob to start the
proving function.
3. While the function is in progress, it is
possible to set a minute minder
(see
“Minute minder”), a proving duration
(see “Timed cooking”) or delayed
proving (see “Programmed
cooking”). Press the programming knob
to make the desired changes.
4. When the proving function finishes a
buzzer will sound; to stop the buzzer,
press the function knob.

For successful proving, a container
of water should be placed in the
bottom of the oven.
Unless otherwise set, the proving
will have a maximum duration of
13 hours.
The light inside the oven will
