Jaguar E-PACE. Both engines are equipped with Stop/Start technology and smart regenerative charging; this feature
harvests kinetic energy from braking to charge the battery for maximum economy, especially during city driving.
These low-friction, all-aluminum engines have sti cylinder blocks and twin balancer shafts to ensure inherently low
levelsof vibration, for smooth day-to-day performance. Intelligent, electronically controlled, adaptive engine cooling
onlyengages when required.
TRANSMISSION
To ensure that you are in the optimum gear, maximizing acceleration, the Jaguar E-PACE 9-speed Automatic Transmission
has nine closely spaced ratios. Gear changes are almost imperceptible and shift schedules intelligently adapt to your
driving style.
