#1 How is this with a thiner branch. Will it would it work with a smaller branch that will bend?

Yes it works quite well with any branch that fits in it's "mouth"

#2 Do you have to use oil or is ok if you just charge it wihout oil?

Yes, you have to use the oil or chain and bar oil from the store. It will damage the chain and motor and not go for the warranty.

#3 Anyone have problem with battery holding a charge? I use it on a few limbs, then all i get is click,click,click and chain moves very slowly.

Yes. I have had the same problem. I have a few of the Worx tools and the problem seems to go away after the battery discharges a little. Very weird. The motor moves very slowly but once the battery power weakens the motor runs fine.

#4 Does this package come with the battery?

The jaw saw comes with a battery and charger. My battery fully charged will last 40 minutes plus/minus...charges up in about 2-3 hours.

#5 How far does the saw reach. I have some high dead beaches to remove?

Only as high as you can reach and still push in the handle.
