#1 Is cleaning easy? Are there any crevices where milk can get trapped & cause Bacteria?

No. It’s a nearly perfect unit. The only thing inside the container is the little gear that whips the liquid and you can pull it out when you wash it. It’s magnetic so you can pop it back in after it’s washed and you won’t lose it. I absolutely love the unit and how well it works. Banish your fears, it’s easy to clean

#2 I broke the lid. Where can I buy the spare part?

For parts, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer directly.

#3 It’s not making my milk foamy even though i used new milk. am i doing anything wrong?

It could be the milk you are using; you get the most froth with milk with more fat; this is usual with any frother

#4 What is the minimum, does is work with a half cup of milk?

You can use milk, almond milk, half and half. Does not work with cream as it is too heavy to froth.

#5 Is it BPA free?

yes, BPA-free plastic

#6 How long does the milk take before it get hot?

About 5 minutes. Varies depending on how much milk you use.
