The temperature the range reaches when the oven is set
for the Proof Mode is approximately 80 to 95 degrees F.
This temperature is not adjustable. We do apologize about
any inconvenience this causes.

This model has the self-clean feature in both the upper
and lower ovens. Both ovens can be set at the same time
for a clean cycle however, the last oven will automatically
delay the start of the cleaning process until the end of the
first ovens cleaning cycle.
The model will normally default to the upper oven first
when selecting the cleaning cycle.
