#1 How to reset the CD changer to resolve disc playback problems.

Turn off the CD player.
Press the ALL CLEAR or CLEAR button, then press and hold down the POWER button on the CD player at the same time. Hold these buttons down until the ALL CLEAR or ALL ERASE message is displayed.
Play a CD to confirm the issue is resolved.
If the issue is still unresolved after performing these troubleshooting steps, service will be required .

#2 How to reset the CD player.

Follow this procedure to reset the CD player.
Unplug the power cord of the CD player from the AC wall outlet.
Allow the CD player to set without power for 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord of the CD player back into the AC wall outlet.

#3 How to clean the lens of a Compact Disc (CD) player.

The lens in the Compact Disc (CD) player should be taken to a Sony® Service Center (SSC) or Authorized Service Center (ASC) to be professionally cleaned. Use of commercial lens cleaning discs is not recommended.
