#1 Problem with unit leaking - cant get service
Remodeled the kitchen and really was excited about this
Rangetop.....it was installed by a contractor....and it is
leaking near the regulator.....either the threads were not
good, the nipple from the unit is leaking...but when I gas
test it.....it is leaking. I have had to turn it off and wait for
Service. I called service twice.....first time I was told
someone would come out 6/22.....I waited all day....nobody
showed. I called back and the service department now says
I am scheduled for July. This is crazy. It is a brand new unit
and I cannot use it...or get service. I will change my rating if
I can get someone to call me back and get someone to
service this unit so I can enjoy it. I spent 8K of GE product
to remodel my kitchen...this is not acceptable service.
