#1 I plan on using this lock on a residence with spotty wifi. In the event the Wifi fails, will the keypad still work with existing codes?

Yes it will. It is not dependant on wifi. The WiFi is Handy to set it up and set codes but after that it's not essential.

#2 Can this be unlocked or locked from anywhere? Example: im at work and i want to unlock or lock the door for somebody else coming to my house

Yes. As long as you have the Schlaage app set up and your lock is synced with the App, you can lock or unlock from anywhere. You can also set up codes from within the app too.

#3 Can this lock be operated by Bluetooth (in case Wi-Fi is not there due to power outage)?

If there is a power outage that is okay as the codes will continue to work. The Wi-Fi is only needed for app use. The product does come with a backup physical key.
