Sun Joe SBJ803E-RM Questions and Answers

#1 Will it suck up most dry, loose dirt? I'd use it on artificial grass + gravel driveway. A goal is to suck up loose dirt so weeds can't grow as easily.

Yes, if there are small granduals. The small plastic wheels make it difficult to push across an artifical turf. I that a blowers works best and is faster and easier to use.
The vacuum works well on hard surfaces were it rolls easy, it does sound like a 747.

#2 Can it pick up walnuts ?

No. I bought it to try and pickup small acorns and it would not work on them either. Wish I could return it but will probably keep it since I have tried to use it numerous times

#3 Are there blades on the bottom? I need to vacuum leaves from an uneven fake grass area.

There are neither blades nor brushes on the bottom. There is a roller at the front edge of the unit so it is almost touching the ground. It operates just like a vacuum cleaner with the brushes turned off. It also operates as a blower so leaves can be blown to an area where they may be vacuumed.

#4 Will this work on artifice turf?

Should work fine. I use it to suck up leaves on my yard and patios without any real problems
