#2 Anyone used this to make chapati dough?
Have only used this for ordinary dough but can't think chapatti should be different. From experience, I have found that when using a processor to knead bread, use less water than is suggested in the recipe - you can always add more if the mixture is too dry. If you use the same amount of water as for a hand-knead, you'll end up with very sticky dough and end up adding more flour, which is not recommended.
