DO NOT CLEAN THE APPLIANCE

IN A DISHWASHER

Remove the appliance from its electrical power base.

1 - Remove the frothing device from inside the container

2 - Clean the container using warm water and scrub liquid with a sponge or a non-abrasive

cleaner

3 - Rinse the container with clear, warm water

4 - Dry the appliance

Remember to install the frothing control device again, ensuring that it clicks into place

Clean your product regularly to keep it in optimum condition, as described below:

• Fillyourappliancetothemaximummilklevelwithwatercontainingafewdropsofdishwashing

product

• Pressthe«hotmilk»button

• Rinseandwipethecontainercleanattheendofthecycle.

THE VARIOUS PREPARATIONS

Milk choices: Different results are achieved depending on the type and temperature of the

milk. Whole milk, 2% fat, 1% fat, skim milk and even soy milk will foam with varying results. i.e.

Whole milk will provide a richer ﬂavor and texture but skim milk will often provide a larger volume

of foam.

Note: never reheat milk that has already been frothed.
