This battery takes forever to charge. Not sure why some batteries can do a 10 minute quick charge and this one takes 3 to 4 hours. That is a really long wait time.

The speed of the drill is variable via the amount of pressure your finger puts on the trigger.

All Batteries leak power over time. The charger may turn on briefly after several hours to keep the batt, at full charge. The older the battery the more often the charger may cycle. Keeping any battery stored at maximum voltage will shorten the life of the battery.

Yes. There is a black button just above the trigger that has 3 settings, with the drill chuck facing away from you as if you were using it "left" is counter clockwise "center" is neutral or not engaged and "right" is clockwise determining the rotation of the chuck.
