1 pinch of salt
3 packets of vanilla sugar
7 eggs
600g of melted buer
2 cubes of fresh yeast
650 g of crystal sugar
1 cup of lukewarm milk
1 cup of water
1. Add the our with the vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix the ingredients thor-
oughly.
2. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in lukewarm milk.
3. Add the eggs, milk (including yeast) and the melted buer to the our and
mix it properly. (approximately 1 minute)
4. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for half an hour in a warm place.
5. Then mix the 650 g crystal sugar to the dough.
6. Then bake the waes directly in the wae maker.
