Cleaning Method:
•
Liquid detergent and water, or all-purpose cleanser
•
Wipe with damp soft cloth or nonabrasive sponge, then rinse with clean water
and wipe dry.
GREASE FILTER
The metal grease lter captures grease particles suspended in the air. It is
recommended that the grease lter be cleaned at least every 2 months or more
frequently depending on use.
NOTE: The aluminum panels may change color after several washings. This is
normal and does not aect performance.
1. Disconnect power.
2. Slide the lter release toward the left, and then pull downward to remove the
grease lter.

3. Wash the metal lter, as needed, either inthedishwasher or with a solution of
hot water and dish detergent.
4. Rinse well and allow time for the lter to dry thoroughly.
5. Replace the metal grease lter.
6. Reconnect power.
