6. Usage
Making ice cubes
Open the lid of the appliance and remove the ice-collector.
Fill the ice cube maker now with water. Ensure that you do not exceed the
maximum mark. Use only drinking water without addives for making ice
cubes.
Note: As far as possible, use water with a temperature of 8°C to 25°C.
Then replace the ice collector and close the lid of the appliance.
Then press the "ON/OFF" buon to start the appliance. The freezing
process takes approximately 7 to 15 minutes.
Note: Due to the rapid freezing process, it may happen that the ice cubes appear
slightly milky. The air trapped in the water can get into the ice cube. However, the
air does not aect the quality of the ice cube.
The appliance pauses automacally when the collector is full
(the LED " " starts glowing). The process connues if enough ice cubes are tak-
en out or they melt. The ice cube maker stops when there is no water in the water
tank. The LED " " then starts glowing. You can stop the appliance manually
by pressing the "ON/OFF" buon. The "ON/OFF" LED stops glowing.
7. Cleaning and Care
To retain the fresh taste, we recommend you to clean the ice cube maker once a
week if you are using it regularly.
Stop the ice making cycle by pressing the "ON/OFF" buon. Then discon-
nect the plug from the socket and allow the appliance to return to room
temperature.
If water is sll le in the freezer unit, press the ice tray back carefully so
that all the water ows back into the water tank.
