Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance
does not work.
The appliance is

Check the wall out-
let with a different
appliance.

Check the fuse.

Filter blockage:

1. Switch the
appliance off.
Disconnect from
mains power
supply.
2. Put the coffee
pot with lid on
the warming
plate so that the
lter is emptied.
3. Dispose of the
paper lter.
4. Clean the
appliance as
described.

Use a paper lter
size “1x4”.
