#2 Occasionally after the lid is vacuum sealed for a week, the button will pop back up. Does this mean the jar is defective?
Please kindly note fresh coffee beans produce carbon dioxide after roasting. When the vacuum indicator pops up, it means there has been a lot of carbon dioxide released by the coffee beans in the canister that needs to be pumped out. Please press the vacuum pump for air vacuating.
