MAKE THE CONNECTION UPLINE FROM THE SIPHON OF THE
DRAIN LINE AND AT LEAST 15-3/4” (400 mm) ABOVE THE FLOOR
ON WHICH THE DISHWASHER WILL BE INSTALLED.
1.
Remove the cover of the waste disposal unit (A) .
2.
Connect the dishwasher drain hose (B ) to the air gap (C)
using the wide spring
corrugated section). If the drain hose has been cut, use a 38 to 50 mm (1-1/2 to 2”)
screw clamp*.
3.
To connect the air gap (ref. C ) to the waste disposal unit inlet (F)
use a rubber union* (G ) with spring or screw clamps*
* Available from any plumbing store
