CLEANING
1 Separate all parts.
2 Wash all containers in warm, soapy
water with a soft cloth.
3 Hand-Washing
Wash cups, lids and blade assembly
in warm, soapy water. Use a

damp cloth.
NEVER directly spray the base
with water or other liquids.
DO NOT use abrasive cloths/pads/
brushes to clean the base, as this
can dull or scratch the surface.
RESETTING THE MOTOR
THERMOSTAT
This unit features a unique safety
system that prevents damage to
the motor and drive system should
you inadvertently overload it. If the
unit is overloaded, the motor will be
temporarily disabled. Should this occur,
follow the reset procedure below.
1 Unplug the unit from the socket.
2 Allow the unit to cool for
approximately 30 minutes.
3
Remove the container’s lid and blade
assembly. Empty the container and
ensure no ingredients are jamming
the blade assemblies.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that
maximum capacities are not
exceeded. This is the most typical
cause of appliance overload.
Motor doesn't start or blade assembly doesn't rotate
• Make sure the cup is securely placed onto the motor base.
• Check that the plug is securely inserted into the socket.
• Check fuse or breaker in your home. Replace the fuse/reset breaker.
• Check that the inside of the motor base is clean and there is no food blocking the
connection between the motor base and the cup.
• There is too much food in the container. Unplug the motor base. Remove some food
and try again.
• The unit has overheated. Unplug and wait approximately 30 minutes before using again.
Food collects on the sides of the cup
• Too much food is being processed at one time. Turn the motor base o. When the
blades stop rotating, remove the cup from the motor base. Remove some of the food
being processed.
