you exercise a level of caution when using any electrical appliance by following all
instructions and important safeguards.

WARNING: When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed as below:
1. When passing this device on to third
parties, this operating manual must
also be handed over.
2. This device complies with technical
standards and the relevant safety
requirements for electrical devices.
3. The manufacturer assumes no
responsibility for damages arising from
improper use or from failure to comply
with the instructions in this manual.
4. Before rst use, please check whether
the type and mains voltage match the
specications on the nameplate.
5. A residual current circuit breaker
with a residual operating current not
exceeding 30 mA in the house circuit
offers additional protection. Consult
an electrician for information on the
device and installation.
6. Use the device only for its intended
purpose.
7. This device is for indoor use only.
8. This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or by those with a lack
of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
9. Risk of electric shock! Do not submerge
the product in water.
10. Do not use the device if it is damaged.
To avoid hazards, defective
components must only be replaced by
the manufacturer, its customer service
department or similarly qualied
persons.
11. Never transport the device during use.
12. Do not open the device. Do not insert
any foreign objects inside of the outer
casing.
13. Never touch the power plug with wet
or damp hands.
14. Do not operate this device with wet
hands or when standing on a wet oor.
15. Regularly inspect the power plug and
cord. If the power cord of this device
has been damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, the
manufacturers customer service or by
a similarly qualied person in order to
prevent hazards.
16. Prevent damage to the cable due to
squashing, bending or scufng on
sharp edges.
17. Lay the power cord out in such as way
that accidentally pulling on it or
tripping over it will not be possible.
18. Do not pull on the power cord when
disconnecting the plug from the power
outlet. Do not wrap the power cord
around the device.
19. When using an extension cord, make
sure it is suitable for the corresponding
power rating.
20. Always unplug the device when left
unattended, during disassembly,
assembly or cleaning.
21. The blades are sharp, exercise extreme
caution when cleaning.
22. CAUTION: The blades must be still
before opening the lid.
23. The blades may not be resharpened.
The blades were balanced exactly by
the manufacturer. If the blades are no
longer in balance, the device may be
damaged and pose a risk to the user.
24. Do not operate the device when
empty. This may damage the motor.
