a. Turn o your computer, unplug the
power cable and remove the case
panel.
1 Connect to a Computer
Note:
If the bracket is not suitable for your computer, detach it from
the adapter's board and replace it with the low-prole bracket.
b. Locate an available PCI-E slot and carefully
insert the adapter.
c. Connect the antenna to the adapter.
d. Replace the case panel, plug in the power
cable and turn on your computer.

#1 Does this actually work well for gaming and streaming at 1080p 60fps?

To many factors involved to give you a solid yes or no. Yes it is possible but it all depends on the network enviroment.

#2 Do I need to disable the built in/integrated network card on the pc first, before installing this new card?

If your built-in/integrated card is a WiFi interface, then it is recommended to only have one active at a time. We suggest disabling the internal adapter after installing the Archer T4E.

#3 Updated the driver to the latest one from tp-link, but not getting 300 mbps on 2.4ghz & 867mbps on 5ghz when i check the status of the adapter.

Those speeds are the maximum transmit rates. They are not your internet rates. Typically the maximum internet rates are about half of the maximum transmit rates. This would mean your max internet rates are 150 Mbps and 435Mbps. Though like Speedy said you are not likely to see maximum speed rates especially on 2.4GHz due to how saturated and congested it is.
