IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE
WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE,
ELECTRIC SHOCK, DAMAGE OR INJURY:
Fully assemble before operating.
DO NOT expose to rain. Store indoors.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewel-
ry. Contain long hair. Keep your hair, loose clothing,

openings and moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long
hair can be caught in internal moving parts.
Turn off all controls before removing battery pack from
your product.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all
times. Proper footing and balance enables better control
of the product in unexpected situations. Do not use on a
ladder or unstable support.
Use safety equipment. Dust mask must be used for
appropriate conditions.
Do not allow to be used as a toy. Not intended for use
by children age 12 and under. Close supervision is
necessary when used by or near children. To avoid injury
or damage, keep children away from product, and do not


Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufac-
turer’s recommended attachments and products.

close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges
or corners. Do not place product on cord. Do not run ap-
pliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
Do not unplug charger by pulling on cord. To unplug char-
ger, grasp the plug, not the cord.
Use extra care when cleaning on stairs. To avoid personal
injury or damage, and to prevent the cleaner from falling,

not place cleaner on stairs or furniture, as it may result in
injury or damage.
Do not put any objects in ventilation openings. Do not use
with any opening blocked. Keep openings free of dust, lint,

