#1 Can this be mounted in a bathroom?

It can be mounted on any wall. But its not made to be recessed into the wall. The cord is about 3-4 feet long it buts out decent heat plenty for a bathroom.

#2 Can I mount this under my tv ? Will this damage anything ? I’m using it more for decor and not using the heat so much anyway..

You will not likely be able to mount this under a tv because the vent is on top (not through the front) of the fireplace. It requires that nothing be placed at least 39" above the top of the fireplace. We returned it for this very reason.
