Lamp Replacement
The lamp(s) are located beneath the fuel effect. To gain access to the
lamp(s), the fuel effect must first be removed.
Remove the coal/pebbles and place in a container.
Depending on the model, the fuel effect is removed in one of four ways:
(a) On some models the grate/fuel effect assembly is secured by two
screws (on left and right hand side on front of grate) which must be
removed. Carefully lift the grate / fuel effect assembly clear, and
set aside.
(b) On some models simply lift the fuel effect clear and set aside.
(c) On other models first pull the fuel effect forwards to release from
under the glass before lifting out and setting aside.
(d) On models with plastic grates simply lift the grate / fuel effect clear
and set aside.
Replace the defective lamp with a 240V - 60W E14 SES candle lamp.
Replace the grate / fuel effect, secure with screws (where applicable)
and add coal/pebbles.
