VERWENDUNG
Inbetriebnahme
• Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen, reinigen Sie zuerst den
Innenbehälter, den Deckel und die Außenäche.
• Stecken Sie das Gerät in eine geerdete Steckdose, schalten Sie das Gerät aus.
Wasser kochen
1. Füllen Sie den Topf mit kaltem Wasser.
Es gibt eine Markierung für die maximale Befüllung. Füllen Sie den Topf nicht über
die Markierung hinaus. Die Umgebungstemperatur muss in einem Bereich von 0 °C
bis 38 °C liegen und die Luftfeuchte bei unter 90 %.
2. Den Deckel schließen.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein.
Die Betriebslampe geht nun an. Stellen Sie die Temperatur über den Temperaturreg-
ler ein (z. B. auf 97 °C).
Das Gerät beginnt mit der Erhitzung der Flüssigkeit. Nach ca. 35 Minuten ist die
Flüssigkeit 97 °C heiß. Der Thermostat schaltet das große Heizelement ab. Das
kleine Heizelement geht an, um die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit auf der richtigen
Temperatur zu halten.
4. Wenn in dem Gerät ca. 3 Tassen verbleiben, schalten Sie das Gerät aus und
ziehen den Netzstecker.
Überhitzungsschutz und Trockenlaufschutz
Der eingebaute Überhitzungs- und Trockenlaufschutz schaltet die Stromversorgung ab,
wenn das Gerät überhitzt. Beide Betriebslampen erlöschen. Wenn der Schutzschalter
ausgelöst wurde, müssen Sie ihn zurücksetzen.
Das Gerät können Sie erst wieder starten, wenn es abgekühlt ist und der Schutzschalter
zurückgesetzt wird.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie den Schiebeschalter in die Position O stellen.
2. Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen. Leeren Sie den Topf.
3. Um den Schutzschalter zurückzusetzen, drücken Sie den Stift auf der Unterseite
des Geräts. Wenn Sie eine Klicken hören, haben Sie das Gerät erfolgreich
zurückgesetzt.
4. Nun können Sie das Gerät neu starten.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Reinigung des Glühweinkochers
Das Gerät muss nach jeder Verwendung gründlich gereinigt werden. Zusätzlich reinigen
Sie den Topf wöchentlich mit Essig, um Kalkablagerungen zu entfernen. Wenn die
Ablagerungen nicht entfernt werden, kann das Metall angegriffen werden und das
Gerät beschädigt werden.
Reinigung nach dem Gebrauch
• Reinigen Sie den Innentopf, den Deckel und den Korpus mit einem trockenen
weichen Tuch. Diese Geräteteile bestehen aus rotstfreiem Edelstahl und dürfen mit
einem Scheuermittel gereinigt werden.
• Damit das Gerät ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, muss der Boden frei von Kalkstein
sein. Falls notwendig, verwenden Sie einen Kalkentferner.
• Das Gerät verfügt über einen Überhitzungsschutz, der das Gerät ausschaltet, wenn
Teile des Geräts zu heiß werden.
• Zur Reinigung des Zapfhahns, nehmen Sie eine Bürste und bewegen sie auf und ab.
Führen Sie die Bürste dann durch die Öffnung ins Gerät, um den Zapfhahnanschluss
zu reinigen. Waschen Sie den Zapfhahn in warmen Spülwasser. Anschließend
abspülen.
• Verwenden Sie keine Natronlauge, um das Gerät zu reinigen, da es das Metall
verfärbt.
Wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es eine Fachkraft durch ein passendes
Netzkabel ersetzen.

OPERATION
Before use
• Before using the appliance, rst clean the tank, top cover and body, etc.
• Place the unit upright on a rm and at surface.
• Plug the appliance into an earthed socket while the unit is switched off.
How to boil water
1. Fill the tank with cold water. There is a maximum level marked on the inside of the
tank – do not ll above this mark. Make sure the environmental temperature indoors
is at about 10-38 °C and the environmental humidity is less than 90%.
2. Replace the cover.
3. Switch the unit on. Adjust the temperature dial to the desired temperature (e.g.
97°C).
The heating lamp indicator should now light up and the unit will begin to boil the
water.
After about 35 minutes the water temperature will have reached 97 degrees and
the auto-thermostat switch the large heating element off and the small heating
element on, which automatically keeps the water at the correct temperature.
4. When about three cups of water are remaining in the tank, turn the unit off and
unplug it from the electric outlet.
Overheating / boil dry protection
The integrated overheating/boil dry protection will cut the power supply in case the
appliance gets overheated. Both pilot lamps extinguish. After this cut-off a reset of the
fuse is necessary. The appliance can only be restarted after it has cooled down and a
reset of the overheating protection had been done.
1. Switch the appliance off by setting the rocker switch to ”O” position and pulling the
mains plug.
2. Let the appliance cool down for a short while and empty the pot.
3. To make a reset of the overheating protection, press the pivot at the underside of the
appliance. You have successfully reset the fuse when you heard a clear “click”.
4. Now the appliance can be restarted.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the appliance
This unit must be cleaned thoroughly after each use. This is in addition to a weekly
cleaning using vinegar to remove mineral deposits. If these deposits are not removed,
pitting of the metal can occur and may result in damage to the appliance.
Cleaning after use
• Clean the tank, top cover and the body, etc. and dry them with a soft dry cloth. All
these part are made of stainless steel and can be cleaned with a scouring agent.
• If the appliance is to function properly, the cavity in the middle of the base must be
free of limescale. Use a scale remover if necessary.
• This heater includes an overheat protection system that turns off the heater when
parts of the unit are getting excessively hot.
• To clean the tap, move a brush up and down through the tap, then insert the brush
through opening inside the appliance to clean the tap connection.
• Wash the tap handle in hot soapy water and rinse. Replace the tap.
• Do not use baking soda to clean the appliance as it can discolour and pit the metal.
If the power cable is damaged, appropriate cable must be used, and work carried out
by a competent person.

UTILISATION
Mise en marche
• Avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil pour la première fois, nettoyez d‘abord le récipient
intérieur, le couvercle et la surface extérieure.
• Branchez l‘appareil dans une prise mise à la terre, éteignez l‘appareil.
Pour faire bouillir de l‘eau
1. Remplissez la cuve d‘eau froide.
Il y a une marque pour le remplissage maximum. Ne remplissez pas la cuve au-
delà de la marque. La température ambiante doit être comprise entre 0 °C et 38
°C et l‘humidité inférieure à 90%.
2. Fermez le couvercle.
3. Allumez l‘appareil.
Le témoin de fonctionnement s‘allume. Réglez la température via le régulateur (par
exemple à 97 ° C).
L‘appareil commence à chauffer le liquide. Au bout de 35 minutes environ, le liqui-

1. Éteignez l‘appareil en mettant l‘interrupteur coulissant en position O.
2. Laissez l‘appareil refroidir. Videz la cuve.
3. Pour réinitialiser le disjoncteur, appuyez sur la tige située sous l‘appareil. Si vous
entendez un clic, vous avez correctement réinitialisé l‘appareil.
4. Vous pouvez maintenant le redémarrer.

NETTOYAGE ET MAINTENANCE
Nettoyage de la marmite à vin chaud
L‘appareil doit être nettoyé à fond après chaque utilisation. En outre, nettoyez la cuve
une fois par semaine avec du vinaigre pour éliminer le calcaire. Si les dépôts ne sont
pas enlevés, le métal peut être attaqué et l‘appareil endommagé
Nettoyage après utilisation
• Nettoyez la cuve intérieure, le couvercle et le corps avec un chiffon sec et doux.

UTILIZACIÓN
Puesta en marcha

1. Apague el aparato colocando el interruptor regulador en la posición O.

3. Para restablecer el mecanismo de protección, presione la barra situada en la
parte inferior del aparato. Si escucha un clic, habrá restablecido el aparato
correctamente.

Limpieza del calentador de bebidas
El aparato debe limpiarse en profundidad después de cada uso. Además, limpie
semanalmente la olla con vinagre para retirar los restos de cal. Si no retira los
sedimentos, el metal puede corroerse y dañar el aparato.
Limpieza después de cada uso
• Limpie el recipiente interior, la tapa y la estructura con un paño seco y suave. Estas
piezas del aparato están compuestas de acero inoxidable y pueden lavarse con un
producto de limpieza.
• Para que el aparato funcione correctamente, el fondo debe estar libre de cal. Si
fuera necesario, utilice un líquido antical.
• El aparato dispone de una protección contra el sobrecalentamiento que apaga el
aparato si una parte del mismo alcanza temperaturas demasiado elevadas.
• Para limpiar el grifo, coja un cepillo y muévalo arriba y abajo. Pase el cepillo por
el oricio del aparato para limpiar la conexión del mismo. Lave el grifo con agua
jabonosa tibia. Por último, enjuáguelo.
• No utilice soluciones de bicarbonato para limpiar el aparato, pues decolora el
metal.
Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, deberá ser sustituido por un técnico
cualicado.

UTILIZZO
Messa in funzione
• Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo per la prima volta, pulire il contenitore interno, il
coperchio e le superci esterne.
• Collegare il dispositivo a una presa elettrica con messa a terra e spegnerlo.
Bollire l´acqua
1. Riempire il contenitore con acqua fredda
C’è un segno che indica il livello di riempimento massimo. Non riempire oltre a
questo segno. La temperatura ambiente deve trovarsi tra 0 °C e 38 °C e l’umidità
dell’aria sotto il 90%.
2. Chiudere il coperchio.
3. Accendere il dispositivo.
La spia di funzionamento si accende. Impostare la temperatura con la manopola
(ad es. 97 °C).
Il dispositivo comincia a riscaldare il liquido. Dopo circa 35 minuti il liquido è a
97 °C. Il termostato spegne l’elemento riscaldante grande. L’elemento riscaldante
piccolo si accende per mantenere il liquido alla temperatura corretta.
4. Quando nel dispositivo restano circa 3 tazze, spegnere il dispositivo e staccare la
spina.
Protezione da surriscaldamento e da funzionamento a secco
La protezione da surriscaldamento e funzionamento a secco integrata spegne
l’alimentazione se il dispositivo si surriscalda. Entrambe le spie di funzionamento si
spengono. Se viene attivata la protezione, è necessario resettarla.
Il dispositivo può essere riattivato quando si è raffreddato e la protezione è stata
resettata.
1. Spegnere il dispositivo posizionando l’interruttore su 0.
2. Lasciar raffreddare il dispositivo e svuotare il contenitore.
3. Per resettare la protezione, premere il perno sul lato inferiore del dispositivo.
Quando si sente un clic, il dispositivo è stato resettato.
4. Ora è possibile riattivarlo.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia del dispositivo
Il dispositivo deve essere pulito a fondo dopo ogni utilizzo. Lavare inoltre il contenitore
con aceto una volta alla settimana per rimuovere depositi di calcare. Se non vengono
rimossi i depositi, il metallo può essere intaccato e il dispositivo può essere danneggiato.
Pulizia dopo l’utilizzo
• Pulire il contenitore interno, il coperchio e il corpo con un panno morbido asciutto.
Questi componenti sono in acciaio inox e possono essere puliti con un prodotto
abrasivo.
• Per assicurare il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo, il fondo deve essere privo
di calcare. Se necessario, utilizzare un decalcicante.
• Il dispositivo è dotato di protezione da surriscaldamento, che spegne il dispositivo
se alcuni componenti diventano troppo caldi.
• Per pulire il rubinetto, prendere una spazzola e muoverla su e giù. Inserirla poi
nell’apertura per pulire il collegamento del rubinetto. Lavare il rubinetto con acqua
calda e poi sciacquare.
• Non utilizzare una soluzione di soda caustica per pulire il dispositivo, in quanto
causa scolorimento del metallo.
Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito da un tecnico.
