#1 What if my TV doesn't have an optical cable?

. If an optical connection is not available, you can also use HDMI ARC or Bluetooth if applicable.

Note: the full operation of third-party TVs (via Bluetooth) is not guaranteed.

#2 is the analog input on this device essentially a 3.5mm aux input? i have a projector with 3.5mm audio line out that i would hope is compatible.

Inputs are HDMI or optical. Also connects wirelessly via Bluetooth. No 3.5mm analog input.

#3 How old i use this with a small computer monitor, say 20 inches, a roku stick and this is the audio. i don't see an hdmi input.?

The unit has 1 HDMI OUT and optical jack (rear). You can run the playback device/Roku to the monitor via HDMI and then HDMI OUT ARC to the soundbar if your monitor’s HDMI input jack support ARC. Otherwise, Bluetooth connection or optical cable needs to be connected for it to output audio. Hope this helps!
