Blueberry-Banana smoothie
150 g blueberries
1 banana
200ml milk
1 teaspoon of brown cane sugar
Pineapple-Apple-Ginger smoothie
a quarter pineapple
100 ml apple juice
1-2 slices of ginger (according to taste)
Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Then cut 1-2 slices of ginger according
to taste, and add all the ingredients to the blender jar.
