CLEANING AND CARE
Filtering System
The lter prevent larger remnants of food or other objects from getting inside the pump.
The lter system consists of a coarse lter, a at (Main lter) and a micro lter (ne lter).
Coarse lter (C)
Larger items, such as pieces of bone
or glass, that could block the drain are
trapped in the coarse lter. To remove the
items caught by the lter, gently squeeze
the tap on the top of this lter and lift out.
Fine lter (B):
This lter holds soil and food residue in
the sump area and prevents it from being
deposited on the dishes during wash
cycle.
Main lter (A):
Food and soil particles trapped by this
lter are pulverized by a special jet on
the spray arm and washed down to
drain.
Filter assembly
The lter efciently removes food particles from the wash water, allowing it to be
recycled during the cycle. For best performance and results, the lter assembly must be
regularly cleaned. For this reason, it is a good idea to remove the larger food particles
trapping in the lter after each wash cycle by rinsing the lter and cup under running
water. To remove the lter assembly, pull on the cup handle in the upward direction.
Important: The dishwasher must never be used without the lters. Improper
replacement of the lter may reduce the performance level of the appliance and
damage dishes and utensils.
1. Turn the coarse lter (C) counterclockwise and remove it.
2. Disassemble the lter system.
3. After cleaning put the lters back in the shown order.
