Sample porons of rice and water:
For three measuring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 3" mark. For four meas-
uring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 4" mark.
For ve measuring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 5" mark.
For six measuring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 6" mark.
For seven measuring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 7" mark.
For eight measuring cups of rice, ll water up to the "CUP 8" mark.
Please note that these are only sample values which can be adapted as desired.
Tip! If the consistency of the rice is sll not opmal, you can adjust the
amount of water as required. More water means soer rice (up to over-cooking)
and less water results in more solid rice.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the cooking vessel, lid, steam cooking aachment, measuring cup and the
spatula in warm water. Do not use any strong or aggressive cleaning agents or
scouring agents. Then rinse all the parts thoroughly and allow them to dry ad-
equately. Please wipe the outer body with a clean, damp cloth and then dry it
thoroughly.
Cauon! Ensure that water does not get into the switching mechanism or onto the
heang plate. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
6.1 Steam outlet
On the cover is located a steam

relief valve.
