To reset the appliance, disconnect it
appliance from the mains supply for at
least 15 minutes. Once this time has
elapsed, econnect the supply to the mains
and switch on the appliance.
If the appliance still fails to turn on, consult
a qualied technician or contact our
Customer Support team.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning always switch o the re
and remove the plug from the electrical
socket.
Ensure that the unit is cool enough to
work on.
Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth to
remove dust and debris.
The outer shell may be cleaned with a
soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild
detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry
the unit with a soft cloth.
CAUTION! DO NOT let liquid enter the
heater. This may cause damage or
deterioration to the heater’s surface.
WARNING! DO NOT immerse the heater
in water or any other liquid.
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
If the heater shows any signs of wear or
damage disconnect immediately from the
mains supply and have it checked by a
suitably qualied person. DO NOT attempt
to use the heater when it appears worn or
damaged.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Solution
The heater
will not turn
on.
Make sure the appliance
is plugged into the mains
and that it is switched on. If
plugged in, make sure the
Power button is in the On
position.
The auto safety temperature
cut-out may be enabled.
Switch o the heater and
unplug it from the mains.
Allow it to cool before using
again. For more information,
refer to the auto safety cut-
out section.
