#1 Is there a trick to make the brush head stay on? I have to hold it on with my thumb when brushing my teeth. It's kind of tricky.

I had the same problem. I bought another one, and still, same thing. So I just twisted the brush head on really good. It's a little out of line from where it should be but it doesn't make a difference as far as fitting back into the sanitizer.

#2 Is there a way to clean the inside of the base? Mine is gross after 4 months despite being self-cleaning

The way to clean your base would be with a microfiber towel once a week to get rid of any debris.

#3 Planning to give this as a gift for someone in Australia. Do I need to use a voltage regulator to make it work there (220)?

The range is 100-240V. It will work in Australia, but you'd need to use a converter as the plug is US version.

#4 Can you use standard store boughten heads for it or do you have to order new brush heads from the company?

I just ordered some when I ordered it. I honestly didn’t try to see if it fit any other.
