The minimum allowable installation height is 12 inches from the floor. This is needed to allow the oven to safely operate.

We truly appreciate your choice to do business with us. To turn on or off the oven cavity lights, press the "light bulb" icon on your control panel. Both cavity lights will be illuminated if using a double oven. If this button does not control the oven lights then the unit is not functioning properly. If this is the case please disconnect power to the appliance for two to three minutes. This will reset the electronic components and hopefully restore normal functioning. Should the issue persist, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by having a Cafe Appliance technician properly diagnose and repair your appliance.

Both ovens in this model have an enclosed bottom heating element. This is called a hidden Bake element. This design places the bake element under the floor of the oven where it is concealed under a non-removable porcelain enameled oven floor. This eliminates hard-to-reach areas that collect food and spills and makes the oven easier to clean. To service the bake unit on models with Hidden Bake will require service.
