Troubleshooting
Ram will not
move.
Slow ram speed
when extending

1. Hand wheel is open.
2. Wedged wood under ram.
3. Blocked hydraulic lines.
4. Blocked control valve.
5. Damaged control valve.
6. Damaged cylinder piston.
1. Slow pumping of the operating handles.
2. Air or air bubbles in oil reservoir.
3. Damaged control valve.
