Preparing for Vacation

soda solution of one tablespoon (15 ml) of baking soda
to one quart (1 l) of water. Leave the doors open.

shut off the water supply to the refrigerator.
Preparing to Move
Secure all loose items such as grille, shelves and
drawers by taping them securely in place to prevent
damage.
Be sure the refrigerator stays in an upright position
during moving.
Replacing the Light Bulbs
WARNING
Before replacing a burned-out light
bulb, the refrigerator should be unplugged in order to
avoid contact with a live wire filament. (A burned-out
light bulb may break when being replaced.)

power to the light circuit.
1. Unplug the refrigerator.
2. Remove the shelf just below the light shield.
3. Replace with an appliance bulb of the same or lower
wattage.
4. Reinstall the shelf and plug the refrigerator back in.
